Although we strive to make daily efforts, The fact is that other people's encouragement in our lives is vital. I mean if some of us can smile today; If we can walk this mile and talk with confidence; It's because some of you identified glints of talent in us, It's  because some of you saw in us what we couldn't see, It's because some of you went the EXTRA-MILE to invest your time, ideas, and resources to help us walk this mile. And it is because of people like you that we believe in the goodness of humanity. This is to celebrate YOU and all your collaborators for supporting others to go far. *REMEMBER THEM* In every home or community, We see their footprints in our families, Their voices evoke their presence in our minds. And their mannerisms dot our smiles or tears. Sufficient Reasons have been adduced for why this transformational and visionary l egend is being celebrated. In the ins and outs of leadership, the contradiction of what is said and done at a time of severe economic challenges,  amidst the deadly-silent gaze of an uncomfortable people, the requirements for a critical direction in life, can no longer be the preserve of the few. The feeble efforts of those offering alternative government approaches which seem to be sympathetic to the suffering of the many only to be neglected when they get the nod can not be countenanced. The course of our society should not always be determined by a see-saw contest between the inside and the outside of the politics of interests, tribes, and creeds. Today, Osagyefo Dr. Kwame Nkrumah's positive consciousness lends credence to our quest for transformational leadership. I have no doubt in my mind that we are a blessed but strange people. We breathe it in our lives, We exercise it in our daily struggles to succeed. We even embrace it in our attempt to reach our dreams. Every venture of endeavour, requires a symbolic sacrifice of time, effort, and resources. The act of sacrificing is hidden in our efforts to live our duties and exercise our rights and responsibilities. It is even present when we decide to do nothing in this life.
