With Gratitude

Image
The simple moments we recall, The little things we appreciate, Turns into treasures we adore. It teaches the heart to pause and see The quiet blessings surrounding us. So, for every hand that helped along the way, For every dawn that brought a brighter day, For every lesson, gift, and open door— We give thanks with a grateful heart once more. May we never be too busy to appreciate The Most High, the people and moments that shape our fate. For life itself is a precious gift, And gratitude gives the soul its lift. I am grateful for the part you play. Greetings ๐Ÿซก ©KYB ✍๐Ÿฟ15/08/26

What You Don’t See

Image
Never underestimate how much God is protecting you from things you may never know about. Some doors that closes are not disappointments, they are protection. Some delays are not setbacks but are divine timing. And some people He removes from your life may be His way of keeping you safe. You may not understand everything today, but trust God. He is fighting battles for you that you cannot see, protecting you from dangers you may never know existed, and guiding you toward what is meant for you. So as you step out today, it's my prayer God to  protect and guide you. Sending YOU my best wishes for the week. Greetings ๐Ÿซก ©KYB ✍๐Ÿฟ13/08/26

The Invoice That Never Arrives

Image
"Kindness is the only debt that grows richer when it is passed on." Some invoices arrive by post, by email, or by hand. They demand payment, carry deadlines, and disappear once settled. Then there is another kind of invoice. It carries no amount due, no account number, no date for payment. It is written not on paper but on the human heart — and it can only be honoured by passing its value to someone else. Kwame discovered this on a Harmattan evening. The dry wind drifted across the highway as he steered his ageing pickup from Tamale toward Accra after a demanding week of business. The back of the truck was stacked with merchandise; his mind was stacked with invoices, contracts, and payment schedules. To Kwame, life had always been a matter of accounts. Every service deserved a fee. Every favour carried a price. Every debt demanded settlement. Then, somewhere between two quiet villages, the engine coughed, spluttered, and died. He tried everything he knew. The truc...

The Onyame Factor

Image
A morning breath, a waking eye, Beneath the vast, unmeasured sky. The Onyame factor wakes the soul, To see the grace that makes us whole. For bread upon a simple plate, For love that outlives fear and hate. A heart of thanks begins to view The endless gifts we never receive, Through heavy storms and gentle rain, Through fleeting joy and sharpening pain. The anchor holds, the hand provides, Above the shifts of turning tides. We bow before the unseen hand That shapes the life and guards the land. A summary of thanks we raise, In every breath, a debt of praise. Greetings ๐Ÿซก๐Ÿ’ ©KYB ✍๐Ÿฟ20/07/2026

A life of service to humanity is worthy.  A life dedicated to live God's will is great.  You and I are invited daily to live this call. This is why we must always celebrate our mission,  Show gratitude for who we have become by God's grace, and be exemplary in the discipline of our lives.  Sending YOU my best wishes as always  Greetings ๐Ÿซก ©KYB ✍๐Ÿฟ11/07/2026

Deeds of the Floods

Image
The clouds broke heavy yesterday, Swallowing the morning streets with rivers, At Mallam Junction , engines died, Submerged beneath the rising tide. Through Awoshie , the water tore, And burst right through the kitchen door. In Dzorwulu , the currents grew, And rushed down into Alajo . At Kaneshie , the roads drowned, As floating stalls were spun around. The Kasoa roads was blocked and bound, As muddy waters claimed the ground. At Shiashie , the traffic stalled, While helpless drivers cried and called. Plastic chokes the Odaw stream, The dawn awakes a broken dream. Twelve precious souls were swept away, As hundreds search for where to stay. While we sweep the mud and count the cost, To mourn the pieces we have lost. Forgive our hands for choking the drains, Forgive our stubbornness for building on waterways, Forgive us for mocking the rains. When our trash became the city's shroud, We cry in shame, our heads are bowed. And through the heavy mud o...
