There are brief and long sleep, as well as satisfactory and adequate sleep, and deep or low sleep among other shades of sleep. Although good sleep is bliss, some of us do have challenges sleeping or enjoying the benefit of experiencing good sleep. While some of you are blessed with the ease of sleep, t he related benefits of good sleep cannot be overstated, And the challenge of not having enough of it can not be ignored in our lives. Our body makeup is such that we require a certain amount of sleep to relax, rejuvenate, repair and recharge our energy. Like any machine, sleep and rest are necessary and needful exercises for the good of our health. Though we know of some sort of snoring gaps in sleep, as well as some unhealthy sleepless insomniac attacks or dead sleep accounts; Besides thanking whoever cared for us or protect us while we sleep, rendering gratitude for the good sleep is in order. But in between the multiple processes of the day, Several stands of Music accompanied humanity, In the conscious and unconscious silent stitches of time. With the dancing exotic energy levels of the economy, You might likely have heard different lyrics of the anthem. And the nostalgic noise associated with our needs. While the songs might either be deliberate or spontaneous, With simple or sophisticated instruments arranged. It's vital to acknowledge the artists, musicians, composers, performances and everyone dedicated to rendering music. And though good music is still being served in all genres, Perhaps it's valuable to also embrace natural music brewed. Yes, Nature brews and sings to us in many sounds, pitches, voices, and breezes. After a hard day's work, permit me to recommend one for your relaxation. Keep the peace. Good evening ©KYB✍🏿15/11/22

Several seasons ago, There was a missionary whose dream and desire to serve, Brought him to the hinterland of the new nation. He came with the blessings of his people and collaborators. They left their comfort zones miles away to put smiles on many faces. By dint of hard work, courage, faith and consistent efforts, They established a health facility in the 60s. With dedication, the incense of this facility offered healing, comfort and relief to the afflicted. It offered employment, training, education, experience and an environment for people to live and grow. And yours sincerely was a privileged beneficiary of the shades of opportunity the health facility offered. Besides the health seekers and health workers, the hospital, and community became a melting pot for various activities. Farmers, food vendors, market women, drivers, teachers, pupils, relatives, friends, drivers, hairdressers, seamstresses, Christians, Muslims and Traditionalists, and the mentally chal
