In the Mile of a Day

In the Mile of a Day I remember The smiles in miles, Which compared with the streaks of sweat. But in every season there's still a reason to Still kiss the smile of memories. There might be a genuine cloud of doubt, And an earnest desire to know why it is so, But walking in the landmine of thoughts Burdened with heavy pregnant questions, Things still happen the way they do, Without regard to our feelings. Yes! A lot will still happen in this space, But are we to be deterred to lose the locus of our focus? Or are we required to stay awake and be eternally vigilant? Even so, how cautiously careful can we be careful to be carefree? Although we cannot avoid every happening, we must be mindful of our powers, capabilities and frailties. As human beings, whatever happens on this journey, please choose kindness over drama; and selflessness over selfishness. In fact, when we choose calmness over anxiety; or generosity over meanness; When we choose forgiveness over stubborn

Memories

There are special memories we love  to hate and hate to love. We sometimes laugh remembering the days we cried, and cry reflecting on those days we laughed. Though that's the way life goes, we need a rich ambiance of grace to navigate on this pilgrimage. Do have a pleasant evening. Greetings #KYB ✍🏿®#

With the gift of grace, accompanied by people, we can hopefully smile to the distant mile. There are countless caregivers, relations, teachers, mentors, benefactors, peers and people we encounter through the changing scenes of time and season. There are some we've long buried under the debris of time but their memories are still alive. I don't know where you were two decades ago, but what I do know is that we're here. Thank you for being a wonderful part of this sail. In thanking God for the gift of your life, and commending you for your da
