There is a lot to care for with each count of time. And even though time will tell the intents of our hearts in living this mission; me think we have a duty to still take care of the little details of our lives. Take care of your dreams and your thoughts because they are just precious like yourself. Please take care of yourself and the relationship you cultivate, because I cannot entrust the government to do it all. Kindly take care of the vulnerable, and less privileged ones, because we're all not hundred percent free from the strange traps of life. Do amplify your attitude of care in all your dealings and you will be amazed what we can achieve together as a people. Several seasons ago, a friend of mine came home with tears because he was given a good beating at the play grounds by a playmate. His elder brother who won't take any of his copious complaints which he managed to render with tearful eyes, sent him back to redeem himself or in default forfeit his supper. With stirred ergo, like an angry bee, he clumsily found his way back on the grounds, more focused, fearless and determined and hungry for success at the rematch. The winner of the first fight, who was joyously feeling pompous taught he could capitalised on his momentous glory to beat my friend the second time. In fact, he underrated the guy, who marshalled all the power within him to turn the fight in his stead. The motivation and hunger to redeem himself, aroused the innate power within him to fight and he defeated the defending champion. Concerns of securing our daily bread 🍞 and butter is a priority in our quest for survival. However, the place of gratitude in our lives is an eternal duty of care we MUST remember to always keep. Through all the changing scenes of time and through the various stories of people from places, we encounter the true essence of a creative God. And in our yearnings to exemplify the good in our hearts and live our true mission, we always seek that unique and miraculous encounter. Although some argue that  it's a personal encounter or special touch of a new experience, others also contend, it is that period of divine conscious awakening we need. In fact, the pages of many doctrinal texts, creeds, rites, practices and symbols handed to us, only encourages or facilitates this encounter. And with a little faith, and a deeper reflection on the various moments of life, we all should realise the need or desire to still have a closer encounter with the author of our lives. So with gratitude to this merciful and gracious God, we hope He guides us under the shadow of His wings even as we navigate through the moments and mysteries of this day in seeking that encounter (Prov. 1-4).
