Gratitude Notes II

Image
It's often easy to take life for granted. The fact that we wake up every morning, could make us take the priceless gift of life for granted. Sometimes we appreciate life when the reality of our vulnerability is heightened during emergencies or critical times. Other times we are humbled by near-death experiences or by the suffering of our loved ones at hospitals or care homes. Reflecting on how we escape and survive to this day, Should remind us of the need to be grateful for our Lives. The fact that you’re still breathing, with your heart still beating, no matter how badly bruised it is, is one of the greatest blessings we should acknowledge. This is why I thank God for the gift of YOUR LIFE. Thanks to the GIVER OF LIFE for keeping you safe. Thanks to everyone (Parents, Health Workers, Essential Service Providers, Farmers, Chefs, Drivers, Janitors etc) through whose constant care we continue to LIVE. Thank you for being Alive. Please don't give up but con

Gratitude Notes I

Image
With all your smiles amidst the challenges in these miles, It is gratifying to have come this far with much enthusiasm. Though we learned to write thank-you notes expressing gratitude for any gift or support we received, These special-occasion gestures are deemed thank-you-worthy, but kindly permit me to share some simple gratitude notes starting today. This is to thank you, * Dear One, * for your faithful acts of service to people. Thank you for the positive and good intentions you hold. Thank you for helping that person the other day. Thank you for making someone smile with your efforts. Never doubt the difference you make in the lives of others. It’s great and so is the gratitude in this Little Note. * Please keep being your best. * Greetings from me to you ©KYB✍🏿03/11/22

Sole of Souls

Image
In every home, they lived in, In every community, they walked, We see their footprints on our streets. We remember their voices in our memorials. Though we may dislike or miss their mannerism, Some of us still bear the joy or burden of their names. Some of us are still tearing up at their sudden departure. But in the fleeting encounters of our transients talks, In the swift moments of our arrival and departure, Maybe we should pay attention to the sole of souls. Maybe we should reflect on their rich values and virtues. Perhaps, erecting lasting monuments in their name is worthwhile. As souls traversing between the gates and states of our sakes, we must act humanely and live appreciating life. I remember all the Souls who contributed to your being here. Greetings from me to you ©KYB✍🏿02/11/22

November's Novelty

Image
Several hours into the present, The novelty in November berths new energy, Breathing new norms into our normalcy. But in the sane sails of the Saints and sinners, In the context of the curvy contours of our currency, We have to be silently mindful of some trendy haircuts. So as you tap into the newness of November, As you render your Thanksgiving in our remembrance, May we make a list of what we want to do this month? May we make time to try a new way of self-care? May we find new ways to support the moves we care about. I wish you a Blissful new Month and a great day. Greetings from me to you ©KYB✍🏿01/11/22

October Moments

Image
In our goings and comings; In our dealings and efforts; In our quests and interests; In our styles and approaches, And through the journey of October, We experienced the mix-blessings Of modest gains and modest extremes. But can we forget saying our gratitude? Can we forget to breathe our Thanksgiving. I remembered to acknowledge you this evening. I remembered to commend you for your resilience. I remembered to thank God for the gift of your life and for seeing you through the Month of October. Remain blessed. Greetings ©KYB✍🏿31/10/22
