You are uniquely made for a unique duty, so keep learning. You are wondrously made for a wonderful cause, so keep walking. You are here because you're destined to live in this time and age, and not just here by accident. You are born into a people's family of people and relations, so respect the lines. It can be a bit complicated understanding our roles in advancing the betterment of our common good. For instance, in the proclamation of the Good News, we know the minor negatives that cast a dark shadow on the whole salvation agenda. We also know that our pacesetters work is complemented by those who water the seed, and care for its growth, until  maturity or harvest time. However we look at it, we are all stewards entrusted with wonderful energies, talents and strengths to serve our common good in our various teams. Aside the thorny issue of recognition, and respect of what each member brings on board in the discharge of our roles, the other silent but big issue confronting any team has to do with attribution and reward. We have a common identity in our humanity. Our unique diversity give us a beautiful identity too. And although it's true that we have multiple identities that manifest from time to time, we cannot hide our true identity as a people. Rain or shine our true identity reflect our spiritual significance in a way. It is my prayer our true identity help us stamp out the greedy demons from our hearts.
