Several years ago, there was a TV advert of a soap that touted its lasting quality. The soap was not exceptional from the others on the market at the time and moreover it gets finish after use. Product gets finish, the same way resources diminish. Water evaporates the same way opportunities are missed. But as time goes on in this transient world, As life breathes opportunities each day, As God blesses us with renewed hope, Let's strive to do things that will last. Let's endeavour to cultivate lasting attitudes and relationships. Let's work to implement lasting policies to promote the common good.
