TRUE LIBERATION
It was a forum of ideal ideas then. It was a gathering of Interesting interests. It was an assembly of thoughtful thoughts. It was a litany of contextual complaints. It was basically a forum questioning our questionable integrity. Sometimes, I don't want to believe it was another pertinent forum belittled by our pettiness. I don't want to believe it was another forum of concerns that does not compel a corresponding duty for a change. I don't want to believe it was another assembly that amplified our correct Anglicise eloquence of our challenges, and does nothing about the many cases of thievery and intransigence in our body politic. It's a bold attempt to confront a peculiar political question with seriousness; It's proper to talk tough or nicely about the hiccups in our democracy but tell you what, it's not enough to just describe these challenges with beautiful rehearsed English phrases.
