The Opposite
Using a different route from work his evening, I saw two events going on at the same time and on opposite sides of the same location. The music and attire of patrons from both sides said it all. While there was a mini birthday party with merry-making folks, the story on the opposite side was a different rendition of mournful tunes. I asked why this. Then it dawned on me that it's an inexplicable paradox of life. Indeed, while others sleep, others are awake; While others party, some mourn their loved ones. While souls are exiting this stage, others are entering. While some experience dry seasons, torrent rains are falling elsewhere and causing floods. Though it appears to be a mixture of the opposites, with some touching experiences in the moments of pertains, Perhaps it's prudent to LIVE every moment with gratitude. Whether in good or bad times, may we never forget to clothe ourselves with the attitude of gratitude at any time. Good evening and Remain b
