We meet people every now and then on this pilgrimage. There are people with special influence and subtle impact on our lives. There are others we also affect. There are people we only meet briefly, and see through unplanned interface, but yet they are all important to our survival here. In recounting how our various paths cross in the context of intricate networks, we might be interested in appreciating the fruits of our relationships. Truth is that our paths cross with others, so that we may share our love, compassion, experiences, inspiration, friendship, observations and qualities with other human beings. This is God's design for us and I'd like to appreciate and cherish your comradeship with me and many others in this age. Thank you for being who you are to me and the rest of humanity. What score does one need to become experienced? What's it that experts look for in efforts of empirical and experiential experiments? We all have wealth of knowledge in an aspect of life, based on our exceptional experiences. And we still have the chance to experience something new today. How long have we been marching? Why must we always march past, to commemorate our independence? Is marching the only way to celebrate our partial political independence? What is it about our independence that still makes us depend on our colonisers for virtually everything? Why can't we see beyond the funfair of this day and look at the exploitative trends in the structure we've inherited? So what's so independent about our independence, when we still go out there seeking the deceptive approval of others about the efforts we're making here, before we know we're doing well or otherwise? What's it about us that makes us accept the standards of others as the best, when we're supposed to set high standards for ourselves? What's so independent about us, when our greed is terribly bleeding our economy? Of what use is our independence, if all we do is to expect aids, freebies, grants, and handouts from our so-called partners? Why should our independen

Our gratitude lives in every shine of the Sun. Our hope is hyped on the hinges of our dreams. Even with our peculiar complex challenges of time. The legacies of our ancestors and our efforts to reach that glorious end, Reinforces and reinvigorates us to keep on moving forward in grace.   But as we celebrate the honour in our pride and the essences of our reality, As we march to the tunes of our hope and dreams, May we be ever blessed with the intrinsic values to collectively leave priceless legacies for generations yet unborn.
