"Pleeeease pay attention": my primary four teacher will plead in asking us to be quiet and listen to her. Once I was absent minded, (still trying to tease a friend), when my teacher called me to answer a question I didn't even hear. Paying attention to our faith and belief is key, in order not to fall for deceitful spirits or doctrines. Paying attention to our instincts and silent cues of our dreams is very very healthy.
