Torch Bearers

Every sunset comes with a subtle hope of another sunshine.  Every night carries modest hope of daylight.  In between the certainty of these happenings is an unstoppable stubborn force of nature’s cycle.  Despite this certainty, human, as we are our hope, often dims. I mean at times our light goes out.  We stumble, tumble, and fall. We even fail in our frailties and caress our defenselessness. But somehow, somewhere, some of you rekindle the spark and wakefulness in us. Sometimes the smile, the concern, and the touch of a distant voice of a loved one are all we need. I may be unaware of the number of people you interacted with.  I may not be privy to who did what in your life. But, I am sure of one thing, that each of us has cause to think with deep gratitude of those who have lighted the flame within us. Thank you for being there for someone.  Thank you for reaching out to that person. Thank you for rekindling the light in someone today.  Thank you for being the reason why somebody sti

Clouds of Hope

In the merciless sunshine, the clouds danced. The cloudy contours bear hope anew. The thrust of these thick clouds beams with a graceful sweat. The smiles mirrored in the skies look happy even with our various disagreeing testaments. And though the build-up may be tense, The hope of a peaceful exercise still caresses our lives and the tickets of a distant future. As representatives this telling future, we have loud duty to enhance the score of our stability.  Remember, peace is still a priceless value in our environment.  Stay out of trouble, keep the peace and cherish the smiles even in our diversity because we are one people under these clouds of hope.
