Never forget your worth. Never belittle your value. Never underestimate yourself. Remember whoever was there for you. Remember whoever blesses you with life. Remember the loyal souls who pray for you and are willing to sacrifice for you. However busy you may be today; However content or discontent you may feel this hour; However successful or progressive you may be;  However, challenging your situations may be; However terrible or disappointed you may feel; Whatever interesting thoughts you might be entertaining right now, remember that your life is a gift and the one who gave you this gift still loves and cares for you.    Remember life is transient, Remember we have a responsibility to Love, Care and Serve one another.  I still cherish & value you. The sparkling sun adorns the sky again. The beauty of another grace creeps up with it. A new energy stream again in the November sky. A new awakening births a promising day. Looking into the sky, we remember many events. In one moment, we recount the efforts of many souls. In another moment, we remember the sacrifices of our ancestors. In November we remember the arrivals and departures of men with valour. And we also remember the need for a heartfelt Thanksgiving. We may also remember the need to retune and recommit to our values in order to relive the essence of our purpose. May the blessings hanging above, never depart from you. God bless you abundantly. Reflecting on how these birds feed and cloth themselves, I still can't phantom how they survive in the wild. It still amazes me how we still wake to meet this new day with new hope. Sometimes it's interesting how we manage to survive through these tides of testaments. And although we may express delight in how far we have come, we have a duty to acknowledge whoever contributed to helping us reach this milestone. This is the more reason why in every age and stage, we have to remember the one who helped quenched our thirst with a cup of water. Wherever you are at the moment, please never forget whoever loved you when you were a child. Never forget the one who blessed you with the gift of life. Never forget the one who taught you how to walk and talk. Never forget the one who still guides your steps and looks out for you. Even if you forget, do remember the one who watches over you every day and night. Remember the one who cared to wake you up every morning.  Remember y

They come in every age. They live in different parts and in challenging conditions. Some are still with us but many who stand tall in our memories we cannot forget. So to our malevolent martyrs; To our brave hearted heroes and heroines, who dared to defy the order; To our humane ancestors who sacrificed the temporary pleasures of the here and now to pave way for you and I; To the memory of men of valour who stood their grounds and even shed their blood for what they believed in; To the many souls who were silenced because they disagreed with the ills being perpetuated; To those who were murdered because of the truth; To those who were condemned because of their dedication to see others liberated; To those who continue to die due to our collective negligence; To those who vacated this space because we refuse to care; To those who are persistently persecuted because of what they profess; And to the many voices we refuse to hear; May God grant us renewed hearts to learn from

They are many names of our forebears, friends and family. Some, we've long locked in the archives of our memories. But fact is that they were here sometime ago. They were part of our story. They walked our talks with frenzy. We may not always like some of their ways but we can't forget them. We can't bloat their effect on our lives, and our progress. They are souls we ought to remember this hour. They are living souls whose deeds we can't erase. Celebrate them if you can but do remember the forgotten ones too. Sometimes we are caught in the many wants of life, that we forget the true essence of life itself. Other times we are preoccupied with the trivial gossips and what others did or didn't do. Most of the time it is the attention we give to schemes and motives of others in the game of influence and affluence that affect us. Even as we set out to work and keep a sane balance in our engagements; As we go about our duties today; May we always remember that the short time we have to live. May we remember that our positions and conditions won't last forever. May we remember that those oppressed today won't always be oppressed forever.
