PRICELESS TRUTH

A friend recently invited me to a purposeful meeting of like minded people but asked me to be keep an open mind.
It is interesting what we think of others and how we want them to buy into our point of view all the time.
But what is fundamental is that
Our understanding of issues differ.
Our perception of others differ, the same way the impression we give others about ourselves differ.
And Archbishop Peter Kwasi Sarpong says that we often "condemn people not because we know they have done something evil, but because we don't know the truth about them. We are ignorant".
We see what we want to see in people base on our different interpretations, conception and conjectures of who they are or who they ought to be.
We are mostly ignorant of others we presume to judge, condemn and crucify.
We are mostly inconsiderate of others and perhaps fail to take the trouble to find out what they really mean by their actions and speeches.
The priceless truth is that we are gradually becoming a people who want others to listen to our point of views without actually listening to others.
Perhaps we can do ourselves a lot of good and save ourselves from many problems if we take the trouble to  understand what and why people do what they do and not just limit ourselves to what we hear people tell us of others.
Good morning and enjoy God's many blessings.  #KYB ✍ #
