Don't belittle your efforts however small it may be. Reach out to others, for you may be their only source of encouragement.
Feed one person if you can't feed hundreds.
And as Mother Teresa of Calcutta said, try to "Spread love everywhere you go..." and share kind words wherever you go. Though short and easy to speak, their echoes are truly endless.
