The God Factor

We all have special stories to tell in our efforts to weave through the intricate paths of life.

Indeed, yesterday, a very young energetic friend in his 90s invited me to witness the 20th Anniversary of his marriage to his beautiful wife. I felt humbled and honoured to be invited by my friend, whose children are older than me.

In my sober reflection of this invite, I remembered how I also fell some 20 years from a tree. That episode has indeed thought me great lessons.

But through the changing scenes of time, Through our various encounters,
I realised your unique story is relevant.
Your story is still important for human progress.

Even though we cannot phantom how, we have survived all this years.
How we have been enabled to be able to walk through life to this day is a mystery. It is true that the God factor is still active and critical to our survival.

And in spite of our various mistakes, miscalculation, missed opportunities, and our unworthiness and stubbornness, God has generously sustained us in this life enterprise.

Without a doubt, we can testify to having experienced Gods kindness and mercies in our lives.
Thus, in acknowledging the God Factor in our lives, we are only admitting the mystery of life and God's goodness to us.

As the year draws to a close, perhaps it's appropriate to thank God for having guided us here.
It's vital to express gratitude to our benefactress and benefactors for their care and support.
It's important to thank our parents, teachers and all those who served us water, food and all who drive us to our destinations safely.
It is honourable to commend our caregivers, mentors, and everyone who encouraged and inspired us through this walk. It's also necessary thank our friends, followers, and all those who show concern about our wellbeing.
Greetings.
