TEACH US YOUR WAYS

In a world obsessed with the acquisition of material things, profiteering, consumerism and individualism, we sometimes overindulge in the alluring traps of sin as we stray from the Divine statutes.

We often certify evil deeds by our surprising loud quietness, and even supervise or superintendent over some of these little little wrongs.

And yet when things go wrong, we are the same people to point accusing fingers or blame others, because that has become a convenient convention.

However, in calling for repentance, reformation, and renewal in our mindsets, attitudes and in our lives, we all have a vital duty to reexamine our lives, to see our shortcomings, rethink what we ought to do and embrace God's precepts.

It's my prayer this day, that like the people of Nineveh (Jonah 3:1-5,10), who showed remorse for their misdeeds and repented, may we also repent from our wrongs.

May the ever kind, compassionate God, ring in our hearts His values, guide us on this pilgrimage and teach us His ways so we may not stray.
Greetings
