DIVINE CALL

There's a duty out there we've all been designated to do.
It's a critical duty which comes with a call from the Creator.
This Divine Call comes in various forms and nature, and accessed through dreams, invocations, provocations, inspirations, experiences, challenges, reflections, unique encounters with God and people, and through many silent visions or subtle voices.

While some of the call are pretty obvious to us, others are a bit unclear, obscured and unnoticed by us but which our collaborators on this journey, are able to spot these talents in duties and hint or inform us about the need to develop them.
Others are so frightening or unattractive that we tend to avoid them and often concoct excuses to insulate ourselves from performing them.

Like a functioning body, our divine role(s) are vital to the effective work and overall growth of the body. This is why methinks there's no 'useless' being. Everyone is important and relevant in our society.

However, to live this Divine Call, we know how some of us are so busy tendering other duties and courting some flavours of favours all in securing our daily bread, while this divine call waits unattended to. Sometimes those of us who know of it are either caught in the traps, designs and demands of our engagements that we hardly make time for this core call that echoes in the depths of our hearts.

Like the boy Samuel (1Sam. 3:3b-10,19) who listened to God's call, may we be ever discerning of His call and perform it with His help creditably.

As the boy Santiago in the Alchemist sought this call, may we also be courageous in seeking our Divine Call.
May we receive the unfailing grace to allow God's Call direct our strive.
May we be blessed in our effort to answer and live this Call. Good morning
