GRATITUDE TO CAREGIVERS

With feeble effort the frailties of the vulnerable, the infants, and the sick hangs in the balance. Although God certainly is our help and health, their role to our survival is very critical.

The efforts of our traditional midwives or 'midhusbands' (Traditional Birth Attendants), and our professional Midwives, as well as the tender care of mothers through ages.
The doctoring of Doctors in time of sickness or accidents and the commitment of our nurses nursing the pains of our gains with grains of inspirations is commendable.
The efforts of the orderlies, cooks, security guards, administrators, drivers (ambulance drivers) engineers and Mortuary men who ensure our survival or passage here all deserve a special mention today.

So to the caregivers who toil day and night to take care of our health;
To the caregivers who tender our farms to ensure we get our food from the market;
To the caregivers who prepare delicious meals for us, and all others whose little great efforts make our living here pleasant, please tell them I am grateful to them.
Do tell them we are honoured to have them around.
You are certainly one of them doing your little best to support our survival daily. 

Thank you for your efforts over these years.
