There is a spirit-soul component of your make up, that needs good nourishment.
To make a meaningful living, there is a deep yearning to connect with the source of our lives.
In this regard, there's an eccentric communion we ought to seek daily. It is an essential diet that strengthens and keep our lives in constant progressive balance.

Call it prayer or a hearty chat, it is still a necessary pill we have to take to keep going.

O Lord, gladden the soul of your servant and make us relevant this day.
Please give us this day our daily bread and prompt us to be ever mindful of what's essential and worthy. And humbly guide us Not to stray from the right path but bless our little little efforts this day.
Hearken, O JEHOVAH, to attend to the sound of our pleading and affect us with your eternal peace. Amen.
