After a tired walk with enthusiastic cheers. After a day's work that stretches the stitches of strategic stakes, We fan the evening heat away with a somewhat disjointed calm smiles. Although we have learned some lessons of the beautiful intense intent that still stands in the shadows of a fair Friday, May we please keep that genuine intent that hoops with the hopes of hope. With the benefit of learning from people and our environment or unlearning some odd things, we are still blessed with the free will to decide how we live the gift of this life. And even though we all have the tendency to get angry and exhibit all the human traits, our attitude matter in all our endeavours. So let's watch our attitude when we are hungry or angry. Let's watch our countenance when we are happy and joyous. Let's watch our actions whenever we are entrusted with power or exercising it on behalf of our people. And let's endeavour to rid our hearts from all evil thoughts, adultery, greed, malice, deceit, envy, blasphemy and arrogance. In telling a people's story we are likely to learn the reasons for the way people did what they did or didn't do what weren't mandated to do. We may also learn of the silent intent and the very laud unintended ones. Somewhere in these narratives, we learn of a people's will to fight or pursue a cause or not do anything. We are likely to hear of the goodwill and the ill will; the stubborn will and gentle will; the political will and the public will; the selfless will and the selfish will. In our quest to live too, we know of the personal will and parental will or the legal will or the unsaid wills. But considering all these wills, may we never abandoned God's Will for us, which is the ultimate will for our lives. So let's listen to His Words and find His will for us this day. Dear God of Host, Gracefully accept our gratitude for the beautiful gift of this day. And graciously be merciful on us and cleanse us of our iniquities. Be pleased to grant your children peace in mind, heart, body and soul, and in our communities. Guard and govern us throughout our day's work and reward us accordingly. Guide us by your shadow of care and by your eternal statutes. Please, give us our daily bread and show us how to value the people you put in our lives.
