Stay Active, Stay Safe

We heard the update of the tally of cases so far.
The number of persons infected with COVID-19 keeps rising.
The fear, anxiety, and uncertainties still rage on as we are all at risk.
Indeed, the changes in our routines amidst calls for us to stay home is uneasy.
The thought of people losing their jobs, or the anxiety of losing one, and shutting down of the heartbeat of economic activities is devastating.

While others have to deal with hunger, inadequate funds among others, during this lock down, it is necessary we have to brace ourselves to curb the spread of the virus.

It's true some of the measures put in place will inconvenience us and there will need to support the most vulnerable in our society.

While pondering over the state of affairs, in order to get through this tumultuous time, let's do what we can to be safe and focus on opportunities to rebuild.

It is likely boredom and fatigue may set in as we stay home, but we can engage in some activities and moderate exercise to keep us busy.

We can meditate our way out of boredom or even connect to our core being during these moments.
We can also practice the art of gratitude for the precious gift of life and appreciate all things we took for granted.
We can equally think through our plans and revitalise them, while we relax.

Kindly stay active and be safe.
Greetings
