Please give yourself a break from that trouble or issue eating you up.
Give yourself a break and free your mind from those subtle emotions.

Although we might have exhausted our energies, running on our extra energies,
It is necessary to ourselves a break so we can recharge and refresh our zeal to do a lot more.
