BASIC FACT

Every human being is endowed with talents, gifts and abilities.
You and I have our share of these enormous gifts, which we are tasked to use for the betterment of humanity.
However, it's a sad reality that many of us are not fully living or maximising our talents, potentials, gifts and blessings, largely due to fear, disappointment, hiccups here and there and laid-back attitude.

According to sages these talents and vision of our mission here on earth are very clear at our infancy and during the period of our last breath. But in between these two critical periods are moments of blissful-confusing trends of a worldly life we sadly imitate without thoroughly questioning. So we get lost chasing material things to the detriment of growing our precious potentials.

Our greatest challenge, however is that we've devoted too much love and attention to the fake realities of our being here and given less room for the very things we were supposed to love and live.

May God help us love what we were created to love, guide us through these confusing trends and enlighten us to identify, develop and live our true talents and potentials for the betterment of humanity.

Perhaps all we need today is a dedicated concern for the basic truth of life, an attentive mind to the rhythms of life and a conscious awareness of our souls' desire.

In our quest to satisfy our daily needs of what to eat and wear, we very often forget or give less attention to the very things that equally needs our care.  Sometimes our busy schedules in search of money or comfort are making us take little care of some pertinent things in our lives that we ought to care about.  Oftentimes, we also become too petty, bemoan and complain too much of our challenges of what's not done or what's still needed to do. Today, in seeking a balance, may we always value the little things like our faith, integrity, concern for the human family. May we ever desire to respect human dignity and be prepared to summon the energies we are blessed with, to make the positive impact we intend to make.
