At a time we are inundated with unfavourable reportage here and there, perhaps the best thing to do is to be cautious and careful in our steps, in what we do and how we do what we do. It is critically necessary to be eternally vigilant in our care because self-care in this age of many needless death is a crucial thing we must seriously consider. And although I may not know what enough care entails, I believe care is an essential good we must cherish and appreciate in order to live in this age. The moving tides of time, Affect us in many ways. We know of many clustered memories Of happy days that caressed our souls. We also know of many missed opportunities and sad tales buried in the depths of yesterday. It's a fact that our challenges sometimes cloud our sense of duty to relive the beauty of each new day. When was the last time you made a deposit into your emotional account? When last did you invest in the smile of others? When last did you add up to your spiritual account? Often time, we get bogged down in the wants and demands of life, forgetting that there are some little things we can do. Today is another opportunity to do some good deeds and give ourselves a nice sense of accomplishment. Perhaps, we can try to make the effort to open doors, smile at sad looking others, offer a prayer or offer a word of encouragement, show concern and donate to your favourite charity as well as remember to say "please" and "thank you".  All these little kind or polite gestures will add up to a big payoff down the line.
